War Between Shapes with Bang & Olufsen
Bang & Olufsen and David Lynch collaborated on an expansive speaker collection. The collection features selected images and details from the “War Between Shapes” series, works on paper created by the iconic artist in the 1970s, and a second image from the “Paris Suite” lithographs.
The full collection includes the Beoplay M5, with David Lynch’s signature laser-engraved on the top, and the highly portable Beoplay P2, with the artist’s signature printed on its underside, as well as five hand-signed Beoplay A9, and one very limited edition, wall-mounted Beosound Shape.
Beoplay M5 and Beoplay P2 will be available in limited quantities at select Bang & Olufsen stores as well as select retailers, at MoMA Design Store, and on bang-olufsen.com. Beoplay A9 and Beosound Shape will be available exclusively at MoMA Design Store, Soho from Oct 10 - Nov 11, 2018 as part of an immersive and interactive Bang & Olufsen pop-up inspired by imagery from David Lynch’s films.
